You will join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains and competencies appropriate to your level of ability with additional work on fluency and pronunciation. On the Intensive English course, participants will: • Increase their ability to communicate in everyday situations in English. • Learn new vocabulary.

Our Intensive English course is composed of 5 lessons per day, making a total of 30 hours per week. It is perfect for short-term students who are looking for a really intensive boost to their General English.

General English courses at ETC each follow a syllabus which is primarily designed to develop the four skills of speaking, writing, reading and listening, and to increase your awareness of how English works. You will also learn and revise new vocabulary, improve your pronunciation and polish your English grammar! Super-Intensive Course (28 lessons = 21 hours per week).

Course Overview includes: • Morning General 20 in mixed age classes • Afternoon activities: 3 p/wk • Course duration: 1–4 weeks • Minimum age: 40 • Elementary to Advanced levels At LSI we welcome young-at-heart mature students on all our courses throughout the year. In addition, at certain locations we organize social activities which suit the more mature student’s interests.
